Ramon Gloor

Biomechanical Engineer

Ramon Gloor completed his apprenticeship as a design engineer (EFZ) in 2018. He then earned a bachelor’s degree in medical technology from the “Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz” and completed his master’s degree in biomedical engineering at the University of Basel. He worked as a test engineer in the field of intravascular catheters before joining the Spine Biomechanics Group. Since mid-2026, Ramon has been supporting the group in the areas of medical technology, testing, and design as a research assistant.
