Jana Felicitas Schader

Dr. Jana Felicitas Schader has always had a keen interest in experimental research. As a medical graduate from the Technical University of Munich who describes her course of study as "technically-oriented", Jana is especially fascinated by the field of biomechanics. In June 2020 she completed an AO Research Institute Davos Fellowship in the Biomedical Department, where she also wrote her thesis on fracturing bones in a standardized technique for biomechanical implant testing. Completing her residency in traumatology at Spital Davos and Kantonsspital Graubünden, Dr. Schader now works as a research assistant  and resident in the Department of Orthopedics at the University Hospital Balgrist.
